1gaCanned Beets -- undrained
1cVinegar
1/4cPickling Spices -- tied in
  Cheesecloth
1cSugar

Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Simmer 10 mins, then let cool with the pickling spice remaining in the liquid. When cool, remove spices and store beets in refrigerator until ready to serve.
